Le District 3 de la ligue ODMHA incluent les sept associations d'hockey mineures et aussi les Cobras de l'Est ontarien (AA).

District 3 of the ODMHA includes seven minor hockey associations and the Eastern Ontario Cobras (AA).

- Hawkesbury Minor Hockey Association
- Rockland Minor Hockey Association
- St-Isidore Minor Hockey Association
- Vankleek Hill Minor Hockey Association
- Eastern Ontario Cobras (AA hockey) 

Térritoire / Boundaries

District 3 is located in the Lower Ottawa Valley which includes the Russell & Prescott Counties, excluding that portion of Russell Township west of and including Concession IV.
