Objective : Goalies and coaches development
How : - each team must provide a shooter and a coach
- 4 to 6 nets (with Pegs, ~ $125 per set)
- 2 to 3 goalies per net
- Length : 1 to 2 hours (so to minimize the cost of travelling for the expert coach)
- At least once a month (September to February, for example 6 times)
- Cost = $100 / hour for the expert coach and approximately $125 / hour for the ice
- Total$225 / hour
- 6 sessions of 2 hours = $2,700
- For an association of 200 players, this means $13.50 per player : small cost so that our goalies be developed to their minimum
- The Cobras, based on a research, on experimentation and on comparisons discovered that Andrew Mercer has the same fundamental philosophy as François Allaire, Dominic Roussel and David Marcoux. He is an excellent teacher and communicator.
