Important meeting March 24 in St-Isidore

On the future of Bantam and Midget hockey in Prescott Russell

(District 3)

To all Cobras coaches and parents of District 3, there will a fourth additional public consultation meeting held by District representatives to discuss the problems of the lack of players at the Bantam and Midget levels. Discussions resulting from the first consultations with regards to PGL teams have brought recommendations from the parents and coaches in the PGL and Nation levels that could have a very big impact and repercussions on the future of both our Cobras Midget levels (and possibly our Bantam levels as well).

This opportunity to be able to voice your ideas should be taken seriously by parents and coaches at all levels (Atom, PeeWee, Bantam and Midget), since the proposed changes will be put in place for a pilot project that will run for two and possibly three years.

The meeting will be held at 7:00pm Wednesday on March 24, 2010, at the St-Isidore arena.

Les Cobras de l'Est Ontarien ont remporté la médaille d'Or au tournoi de hockey Can-Am Challenge Cup 2009-2010 qui avait lieu à Pierrefonds Quebec, les 12, 13 et 14 février dernier.

Ils ont remporté leurs parties avec un pointage de 6-4, 1-0, 2-0 et 4-0

The Eastern Ontario Major Bantam won the Gold Medal at the Can-Am Challenge Cup 2009-2010 Tournament held in Pierrefonds Quebec on February 12-14, 2010.

The team won their games with scores of 6-4, 1-0, 2-0 and 4-0.
