The Cobras would like to thank Mike Tansey for his years as web master for our association.  Mike spent many hours working on the website to provide information to the Cobras and wrotre about many unforgettable moments that built the Eastern Ontario Cobras.

After four years on the job, it's time to pass the torch as webmaster.

My involvement with the Cobras dates back to 2003-04, when my son Kevin joined the Association in his Atom Major year. I have enjoyed watching him and his friends grow and develop into young men and women of whom we can be proud, full of Cobras pride. It's been quite the ride, and I have enjoyed adding a few pages to the Cobras history book along the way.

As with most things in life, this website has been a collaborative effort. I would like to thank all of the coaches, parents and managers who have contributed articles, photos and ideas. Keep them coming -- they are the lifeblood of the website.

I would also like to thank Frank Pronovost and Isabelle Crnjac. It's no small task running a minor hockey association, and they deserve your full support. The Cobras are lucky to have such dedicated leadership.

I'd also like to recognize Robert Legault, who showed me the ropes in the early days. A special thanks to the late Michel Rivard, taken much too young, who was a tremendous help in reorganizing and re-launching the website early in the 2007-08 season.

Thanks for all the memories. Go Cobras Go!
